Sepp van Loon

Sepp van Loon is the driving force behind PBKR. With over 25 years of experience in commercial-strategic, leadership, and management roles, Sepp is a driven, ambitious, and dynamic leader who has earned his stripes in various environments. He has a proven track record in creating proactive and customer-oriented teams and in achieving double-digit growth.

Sepp has experience in FMCG, business-to-consumer, and business-to-business environments and has worked for leading multinationals, large and medium-sized companies, and as an independent entrepreneur. He has expertise in family businesses, PE-owned, and publicly traded companies.

As former Vice President of Sales, Europe at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, he was responsible for the European commercial organization and achieving profitable growth. He led a team of 40 employees in 4 sales teams/regions, including 5 direct reports. Sepp implemented CRM, a Sales toolkit, the necessary reporting tools, and KPIs and was a member of the European MT.

Previously, Sepp worked as an independent consultant affiliated with Sales Improvement Group and carried out consultancy assignments for various renowned organizations, such as Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, Wildkamp, Spotta, PPG-Industries, TOPIGS-Norsvin, and Solarlux. Sepp has a passion for creating results-oriented teams and enjoys helping companies achieve their growth potential.
